Tom Stellard 95a1507f6a Import all Europe definitions from forums 
This includes all teams and also the uefa cup definitions.  All team
names have been replaced with bygfoot friendly names.

Tom Stellard 8421f3e8ba Update Faroe Islands definitions to include 3 divisions in 3. Delid 
This is implemented using two sets of cups, one for the first half
of the year and one for the second half.

Also, fix a few mistakes in the team list.

The xml parser does not know how to parse these.

gunnar_g cbe90d3607 Added a generate-xml in the Makefile, this will translate lg_commentary_en.xml.in into each language by use of the po files.
