kingbri 990bf63d59 Tags: Fix exclusion on load 
The new filter system wasn't applying when tags are loaded. Fix this
by adding an extra step in the for loop.

kingbri 0bc2ef2a33 CFG: Don't trim when getting prompt 
Let the user figure it out. Whitespace in CFG is important.
