Final build Bitmovin VVC of Windows & Linux builds
This is for final Bitmovin vvDecPlayer of Windows & Linux build. macOS might come later... For the latest vvdec shared libraries cannot run to vvDecPlayer due crashes violation of outdated inside GUI application. This will keep old version of vvdec to run stable. Also for Windows, I added SSL & crypto shared library can download online segments over HTTPS connections. Removed unused shared libraries to reduce size. For Linux, it is now universal AppImage format to run up to Linux 3.2.0 and later. - Martin Eesmaa
