* feat: POINT field support

* feat(MySQL): support to LINESTRING, POLYGON and GEOMETRY fields

* refactor: removed links from map attribution

* feat(MySQL): support to MULTIPOINT, MULTILINESTRING, MULTIPOLYGON and GEOMCOLLECTION fields
