feat(MySQL): spatial fields support (#165)

* refactor: removed links from map attribution

* feat(MySQL): support to MULTIPOINT, MULTILINESTRING, MULTIPOLYGON and GEOMCOLLECTION fields

* test: temporary fix on Windows tests
