Add Pepper Flash plugin support (issue #1586 ).

A system-wide installation of the Pepper Flash plugin is available from Adobe
for Windows and Mac OS X platforms as a separate download. To enable automatic
detection and loading of the system-wide installation pass the
`--enable-system-flash` command-line flag.
The Pepper Flash plugin can also be loaded by specifying the file path and
version via the `--ppapi-flash-path=<path> --ppapi-flash-version=<version>`
command-line flags. The version can be identified by viewing the
manifest.json file in the same directory as the Pepper Flash plugin library.

Add support for complete isolation of storage and permissions (cache, cookies, localStorage, access grants, etc) on a per-request-context basis (issue #1044 ).

- CefRequestContext instances can be configured using a new CefRequestContextSettings structure passed to CefRequestContext::CreateContext.
- Scheme registration is now per-request-context using new CefRequestContext::RegisterSchemeHandlerFactory and ClearSchemeHandlerFactories methods.
- Cookie managers are now per-request-context by default and can be retrieved using a new CefRequestContext::GetDefaultCookieManager method.
- CefURLRequest::Create now accepts an optional CefRequestContext argument for associating a URL request with a context (browser process only).
- The CefRequestContextHandler associated with a CefRequestContext will not be released until all objects related to that context have been destroyed.
- When the cache path is empty an in-memory cache ("incognito mode") will be used for storage and no data will be persisted to disk.
- Add CefSettings.user_data_path which specifies the location where user data such as spell checking dictionary files will be stored on disk.
- Add asynchronous callbacks for all CefCookieManager methods.
- Add PK_LOCAL_APP_DATA and PK_USER_DATA path keys for retrieving user directories via CefGetPath.
- cefclient: Add "New Window" test that creates a new window unrelated to existing windows. When used in combination with `--request-context-per-browser` the new window will be given a new and isolated request context.

Add support for begin frame scheduling and direct rendering when GPU compositing is disabled (issue #1368 ).
...
- Always set the browser process VSync rate (frame rate) to CefSettings.windowless_frame_rate.
- When the `enable-begin-frame-scheduling` command-line flag is specified the VSync rate for all processes will be synchronized to CefSettings.windowless_frame_rate. This flag cannot be used in combination with windowed rendering.
- When the `disable-gpu` and `disable-gpu-compositing` command-line flags are specified the CefRenderHandler::OnPaint method will be called directly from the compositor instead of requiring an additional copy for each frame.
- CefRenderHandler::OnPopupSize now passes view coordinates instead of (potentially scaled) pixel coordinates.
- Add OSR unit tests for 2x (HiDPI) pixel scaling.
- Improve CefRenderHandler documentation.

Improve off-screen rendering behavior (issue #1257 ).

- The |dirtyRects| argument to CefRenderHandler::OnPaint is now a single rectangle representing the union of all dirty rectangles since the last frame was generated. In most cases this rectangle will be smaller than the view (frame) size.
- cefclient: Use a ScopedGLContext class on all platforms to manage the current GL context and avoid GL state leaks.
- cefclient: Add debug checks in ClientOSRenderer for GL errors and fix some errors that were discovered.
- cefclient: Add a new `--show-update-rect` command-line flag that provides visualization of the update rectangle by drawing a red border around it for each frame.

Add spell checking support (issue #137 ).

This includes:
- Red underline of misspelled words in html text areas.
- Right-click context menu options to correct the misspelled word.
- New CefBrowser::ReplaceMisspelling method for accepting a word replacement.
- Methods added to CefContextMenuParams for retrieving spelling-related information.
- Uses the unified text checker when auto-correct is not enabled to match Google Chrome behavior.
- On Windows and Linux a hunspell dictionary file will be downloaded to the "<cache_path>/Dictionaries" directory as needed, or used from the <cache_path> directory if the file already exists there. The dictionary file will be downloaded from http://cache.pack.google.com/edgedl/chrome/dict/ <LANG>-3-0.bdic where <LANG> is the language abbreviation.
- On OS X the spell checking implementation will use the system NSSpellChecker implementation.
The following command-line flags have been added:
--disable-spell-checking => Disable spell-checking support (no red underline, no dictionary file download, etc).
--enable-spelling-auto-correct => Automatically correct common misspellings while typing (like 'omre' to 'more' on Windows/Linux or 'ehlo' to 'helo' on OS X).
--enable-spelling-service => Enable use of the remote Google spelling service (this requires Google API keys).
--override-spell-check-lang=<LANG> => Use the specified dictionary language <LANG> instead of the language specified in the locales.pak file. Implement off-screen rendering support using delegated rendering (issue #1257 ).

This implementation supports both GPU compositing and software compositing (used when GPU is not supported or when passing `--disable-gpu --disable-gpu-compositing` command-line flags). GPU-accelerated features (WebGL and 3D CSS) that did not work with the previous off-screen rendering implementation do work with this implementation when GPU support is available.
Rendering now operates on a per-frame basis. The frame rate is configurable via CefBrowserSettings.windowless_frame_rate up to a maximum of 60fps (potentially limited by how fast the system can generate new frames). CEF generates a bitmap from the compositor backing and passes it to CefRenderHandler::OnPaint.
The previous CefRenderHandler/CefBrowserHost API for off-screen rendering has been restored mostly as-is with some minor changes:
- CefBrowserHost::Invalidate no longer accepts a CefRect region argument. Instead of invalidating a specific region it now triggers generation of a new frame.
- The |dirtyRects| argument to CefRenderHandler::OnPaint will now always be a single CefRect representing the whole view (frame) size. Previously, invalidated regions were listed separately.
- Linux: CefBrowserHost::SendKeyEvent now expects X11 event information instead of GTK event information. See cefclient for an example of converting GTK events to the necessary format.
- Sizes passed to the CefRenderHandler OnPaint and OnPopupSize methods are now already DPI scaled. Previously, the client had to perform DPI scaling.
- Includes drag&drop implementation from issue #1032 .
- Includes unit test fixes from issue #1245 .

- Mac: Generate "Chromium Embedded Framework.framework" using a new cef_framework target (the libcef target is now only used on Windows and Linux). Rename "Libraries/libcef.dylib" to "Chromium Embedded Framework". Distribute Release and Debug builds of the "Chromium Embedded Framework.framework" folder as part of the binary distribution.
- Mac: Fix the Xcode target compiler setting for the binary distribution so that it no longer needs to be set manually.

Add sandbox support (issue #524 ).

- The sandbox is now enabled by default on all platforms. Use the CefSettings.no_sandbox option or the "no-sandbox" command-line flag to disable sandbox support.
- Windows: See cef_sandbox_win.h for requirements to enable sandbox support.
- Windows: If Visual Studio isn't installed in the standard location set the CEF_VCVARS environment variable before running make_distrib.py or automate.py (see msvs_env.bat).
- Linux: For binary distributions a new chrome-sandbox executable with SUID permissions must be placed next to the CEF executable. See https://code.google.com/p/chromium/wiki/LinuxSUIDSandboxDevelopment for details on setting up the development environment when building CEF from source code.

Move custom scheme registration to CefContentClient. This works around a problem on Linux where the zygote process has no CefContentRendererClient instance at the time that CefContentClient::AddAdditionalSchemes is executed (the zygote process is later forked to create new render processes).

- Move custom scheme registration to CefApp::OnRegisterCustomSchemes(). This is required by the introduction of ContentClient::AddAdditionalSchemes() and fixes a race condition when registering standard schemes in different processes.

In CefContext::RemoveBrowser() allow the call to webkit_glue::ClearCache() to be executed immediately if we're already on the UI thread (which is the case when called "from" CefShutdown()), instead of being posted as a delayed task to avoid a thread death race condition (issue #277 ).

Move to GYP-based project file generation (issue #48 ).

- Add cef_create_projects.bat to generate the CEF project files.
- Change include paths to be relative to the root CEF directory.
- Add patch_build configuration and build.patch to modify the Chromium build system for required CEF dependencies.
- Remove old .vcproj and .vsprops files.
- Eliminate use of precompiled headers.
- Commit generated project files (these will go away in the near future).
