Fixes a small issue introduced in commit 1935253c18 where pasting in the composer crashes when it doesn't contain a URL (so any other textual paste will crash). The code was intended only for "share" actions, hence why it was expecting a URL enclosed.

Broadcasts now cause a refresh on timelines after a post is composed instead of listeners.

As a side effect, pagers don't have to keep track of "registered fragments", which was a bad idea and caused crashes.

Although for now it makes no difference calling super.onCreate or not
(the method Application.onCreate() is empty), it is denoted with
@CallSuper and might cause errors in some IDE if it is not called.

Improve French translation

Some typos have been fixed and terminology changes have been suggested.
Also the gender-inclusive marks have been removed: independently
of our personal opinions regarding which sociological features
a written language should or shouldn’t take into account,
the fact remains that interpunct, hyphen, slash and apostrophe
are not admitted characters to highlight the feminine gender
due to the reading issues that would come out of those
graphical modifications. Moreover, those marks do not take into account
accessibility problems either (screen readers, etc.).
Therefore French grammatical rules should logically prevail.

Custom tabs are now used for login and links on account pages, with a fallback to the default browser if not supported.
...
Also, fixes crashes when entering tag and threads due to me forgetting to implement the interfaces required by the code that removes posts from timelines when blocking/muting.
Also fixes a small bug where for mentions of users from other instances, clicking on the mention would open the profile in the browser instead of in-app.

* The plural of Status is Status (pronounced differently, tho), not Statuse, see https://de.wiktionary.org/wiki/Status - Not just for that reason, I suggest to remove the word *Status* completely and use *Toot* or *Toots* instead
* "Dieser Benutzer war nie *x*" translates to "This user was never *x*". The new translations are similar to the English ones, but I'd prefer something like "Couldn't follow that user".
* "%s ist dir gefolgt" -> "%s was following you"
* With the visibility I took more freedom and translated them "Public visible", "Public visible, but not in the public timeline" and "Only visible to followers and mentioned"

Fixes a couple of crashes.

1.) When on the account page, if the request for user info beats the call that initialises the header image, it can touch a header image with illegal dimensions that get handed to Picasso and cause an exception.
2.) A crash due to a few retrofit responses not being handled properly.

Fixes two bugs:

-One where deletion causes statuses to lose track of where they are in timelines, so subsequent deletion and other actions are performed on the wrong status.
-It's was possible to infinitely open copies of the same thread, account page, and tag page by just continuously clicking on the status, avatar, or hash tag respectively.

Fix: All statuses failed to load when status JSON was checked for boolean values, but received null and would throw a JSONException.
...
A change in the Mastodon server implementation seemed to be the cause. In the future, either default booleans to false or check for null first before getting them.
