* cygpath.cc (long_options): Add "dos" and "mixed", correct "close", "file" and
"type" to use NULL flag.
(usage): Clean up usage output (more), accomodate new options.
(main): Add --dos and --mixed options; accomodate all output forms in --type.
Make UNIXy output default.
