all devbuf-related members.
(fhandler_dev_raw::~fhandler_dev_raw): Delete devbufalloc rather than
devbuf.
(fhandler_dev_raw::open): Drop allocating devbuf.
(fhandler_dev_raw::dup): Allocate devbufalloc and set devbuf to support
new sector-aligned devbuf handling.
