* include/sys/types.h: Add #if defined(__rtems__) around 

pthread_attr_t.guardsize.

	* include/pthread.h: Add pthread_attr_setstack, pthread_attr_getstack,
	pthread_attr_getguardsize, pthread_attr_setguardsize.
	* include/sys/types.h (pthread_attr_t): Add guardsize.
