* libc/sys/arm/access.c: New file.
        * libc/sys/arm/Makefile.am (lib_a_SOURCES): Add access.c.
        * libc/sys/arm/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
        * libc/sys/arm/syscalls.c (_stat): New function.
