* cygheap.cc (_cmalloc): Use correct constants for size calculation.

* fork.cc (fork_parent): Move cygheap_setup_in_child to just prior to
CreateProcess so that all contents of cygheap are copied.
* spawn.cc (spawn_guts): Ditto.
