QNX 6.4 is out, which has a different waitfor() in <libutil.h>, which
we by definition of __NO_EXT_QNX do not want to use. They are in the
process of porting the NetBSD® pkgsrc® repository to it.
The /bin/ed situation hasn’t improved yet though.
