• Build.sh: always prepend well-known signal names, so that some signals

will not come up weirdly (e.g. on AIX: SIGSAK (SIGMAX?), SIGIO (SIGAIO?),
  SIGURG (SIGIOINT?)), and add a few more while here
• check.t, sh.h: bump
