+  - Create a folder “customiconset” inside ~/.config/Clementine/
+  - copy custom icons to ~/.config/Clementine/customiconset

+Mac OS X :

+  - Create a folder “customiconset” inside ~/Library/Application Support/Clementine/
+  - copy custom icons to ~/Library/Application Support/Clementine/customiconset
+
+Windows :
+
+  - Create a folder “customiconset” inside %USERPROFILE%\.config\Clementine\ (where %USERPROFILE% is C:\Users\<username> on Windows 7 and Vista, or C:\Documents and Settings\<username> on XP)
+  - copy custom icons to %USERPROFILE%\.config\Clementine\customiconset
