b9f31d5066 Stats: Implement data retrieval into char popup 
- Parse json with Date objects
- Fix char directory
- Add sub info for aggregated stats
- Correctly pull names out of the chat files
- Rework humanized duration, humanized timespan, humanized filesize
- Add smart truncate and sensible round
- Implement/Fix values into the character stat popup
- Implement correct stat API calls on client side
