## Features and improvements
- TTS Extension
  - Set character default voice from `disabled` to `DEFAULT_VOICE_MARKER`
  - Add `DEFAULT_VOICE_MARKER` option for all characters
  - Set default `DEFAULT_VOICE_MARKER` voice as `disabled`
