9f86ca5be5 Force Temp Location 
Conda breaks if the username has spaces when it tries to use temp, added a workaround that forces our directory to be used as temp for kobold.

41ec01f654 Additional batch scripts 
Can't hurt to have these, it allows users to more easily access both the runtime and the remote play functionality. (I also frequently create these myself for developing).
