You can enable group access token creation in ''__group settings__''.//". Clicking on the link brings you to `Settings > General` of the group the repo is in, but there's no setting about tokens anywhere. Regarding this, the official documentation is useless, and I can't find third-party notes/articles. *** At least old tokens, idk about new ones, now cannot start CI workflows, e.g. on push in repo.
