systemd: Enhance documentation (#414)

* systemd: Clarify dnscrypt-proxy.socket documentation

Explain which warnings are expected.

* systemd: Update documentation

TCP_NODELAY warning can be ignored. Fix explanation of ProtectHome=yes behavior.
