Added Hitmanpro (#70)

- Added Hitmanpro - A second opinion av.
- Removed avast - as it's like pup nowadays, protection isn't as good or even close as Windows Defender.
- Removed TDSSKiller as it's unavailable now, instead useKVRT.
-Changed star because malwarebytes's real time protection isn't much better than windows defender & not close to Kaspersky or BitDefender.
