Added some AVs, File fixing tool & an ad/junk cleaner. (#30)

Adding some free & solid antivirus(AV) tools with capabilities like deep searching & disinfecting (kvrt), advanced system file repairing (npe) & an excellent junkware/adware removal tool(malware bytes adwcleaner).
