[cleanup] Upgrade syntax 
Using https://github.com/asottile/pyupgrade

1. `__future__` imports and `coding: utf-8` were removed
2. Files were rewritten with `pyupgrade --py36-plus --keep-percent-format`
3. f-strings were cherry-picked from `pyupgrade --py36-plus`

Extractors are left untouched (except removing header) to avoid unnecessary merge conflicts

[test] Use `pytest` instead of `nosetests` (#482) 
`nosetests` is no longer being maintained : https://github.com/nose-devs/nose/issues/1099
and will stop working in py 3.10 as can be seen in #480

Completely change project name to yt-dlp (#85) 
* All modules and binary names are changed
* All documentation references changed
* yt-dlp no longer loads youtube-dlc config files
* All URLs changed to point to organization account

Philipp Hagemeister 5fbf25a681 [test_age_restriction] remove misbehaving test 
We now test for the age_limit being set right in test_download, so we don't need more than two tests for the actual age limit handling.

Philipp Hagemeister 8dbe9899a9 Allow users to specify an age limit (fixes #1545) 
With these changes, users can now restrict what videos are downloaded by the intented audience, by specifying their age with --age-limit YEARS .
Add rudimentary support in youtube, pornotube, and youporn.
