Release process steps:

1) Increment program version
|
|
2) Build release version of the program
|
|
3) Adjust RELEASES.txt for the new version
|
|
4) Commit changes
|
|
5) Sign all exe and dll files (including using timestamp http://timestamp.digicert.com )
|
|
6) Create MSI installation from signed files
|
|
7) Sign MSI installation
|
|
|
|
signtool sign /f certificate.pfx /p ???????????? /fd SHA256 /t http://timestamp.digicert.com *.exe
