* Establish biometric unlock enabled in state providers

* Use biometric state service for biometric state values

* Migrate biometricUnlock

* Fixup Dependencies

* linter and import fixes

* Fix injection

* Fix merge

* Use boolean constructor as mapper

* Conform to documented test naming conventions

* Commit documentation suggestion
