Android 11 inline autofill (#1145)

* Inline autofill support for Android 11 - initial commit

* null check intent before getting bool extra

* Updated xamarin androidx autofill

* fixed broken overlay fallback

* fixed filename

* auto-compat-check cleanup

* simplification
