Follow-up of PR #7149, this commit here undoes the screw ups that the automated commit 9f70dc7c59 did. Specifically, this commit restores some streams that the bot deleted, and restores the URLs to `stream_de` instead of `stream`.

These are essentially a simple search-and-replace from `us_adultswim.m3u`, with minor alterations (notably the removal of the fishcam streams).
Known to work in NL, the stream URL mentions DE. Europe has many countries, it's likely working on others as well.
Someone else could test in other countries and add more streams as needed.
