- [RPC] learnt that (error "string" arg1 arg2 ... argn), is similar to
  (error (format nil  "string" arg1 arg2 ... argn))  so (error (format
  nil "~a" "~c"))  is equal to (error "~c"); =>  format error (missing
  argument for format string)!
