- Enable use of clang compiler on Mac.
- Add CefSettings.threaded_compositing_enabled option.
- Begin converting NewRunnable usage to base::Bind.
- Avoid assertion when an empty message is passed to OnConsoleMessage().
- Add an "--allow-partial" option to the make_distrib tool.
