This allows setting a URL, and then renders a <link> element
in the head of the blog. It requires a database migration.

This returns ActivityStreams objects when the Accept header is
`application/ld+json; profile="https://www.w3.org/ns/activitystreams"`,
per the ActivityPub spec.
