* [feature/frontend] Respect `prefers-reduced-motion` for avatars, headers, and emojis

* go fmt

* fix tests

* use static version of instance thumbnail when appropriate

* use prefers-reduced-motion

* simplify account conversion a bit

* fix c&p error
