Resolves #24 Resolves #25 This commit adds a --pace argument, utilising the Mastodon.py option to slow down API calls to stay within the limit rather than pausing when it is hit. Also adds timestamp in normal operation when the API limit is hit, and lists how many minutes left before reset.
