Add extension for relative time and fix a bug
...
the bug was that time from server is in UTC format,
and our time is in local format, so it needed
to be shifted back to UTC.
oddly enough .toUtc() method didn't work

* use delayed loading hook instead of boolean variable
* fix pretty significant bug where adding account
didn't take selected instance into account
* move navigator.pop() to the inside of try closure so
that it doesn't pop when errors happen
