* move color components to common module

* create new UI components

* update persistence layer

- add color property
- add missing getter
- fix test accordingly

* add tag list screen

* add tag detail screen

* update build scripts and DI configuration

* add possibility to open tag management from profile side menu

* add possibility to edit tag membership in user detail
