(delacl): New function to remove all ACL entries not representing POSIX
	permissions.
	(setfacl): Rearrange conditional expression into switch statement.
	Add DeleteAll case.
	(usage): Add and describe -b option.
	(longopts): Add --remove-all option.
	(opts): Add -b option.
	(main): Handle -b option.
