(stack_info::walk): Don't store arguments if they're unwanted. (stackdump): Add isexception parameter for use when called by exception handler. (cygwin_stackdump): Accomodate extra argument to stackdump. (handle_exceptions): Ditto. (sig_handle): Ditto.
