Corinna Vinschen f2ba21b1a4 * posix.sgml: Merge SUSv3 and SUSv4 section into a single SUSv4 section. Move Solaris calls now in SUSv4 to SUSv4 section. Rename unimplemented section to refer to SUSv4.
