* bloda.cc (pNtQuerySystemInformation): Add.
	(pRtlAnsiStringToUnicodeString): Add.
	(get_process_list): Use function pointers for NT functions.
	(dump_dodgy_apps): Skip dodgy app check on non-NT platforms.
	Use GetProcAddress for NT-specific functions.
