* cyglsa.c (must_create_logon_sid): Remove.
	(LsaApInitializePackage): Drop checking version and setting
	must_create_logon_sid accordingly.
	(LsaApLogonUserEx): Drop code setting login SID only required on
	Windows 2000 and earlier.
