	(socketpair): Explicitly allow SOCK_STREAM and SOCK_DGRAM socket types
	in families AF_UNIX and AF_LOCAL.  Explicitly allow PF_UNSPEC, PF_LOCAL
	and PF_INET protocols.  Return error otherwise.  Implement datagram
	socketpairs.
