* include/winbase.h (COPY_FILE_OPEN_SOURCE_FOR_WRITE,
        COPY_FILE_ALLOW_DECRYPTED_DESTINATION, COPY_FILE_COPY_SYMLINK,
        COPY_FILE_NO_BUFFERING): Define.
