* lib/Makefile.in: Added ativscp-uuid as source and object.
* lib/uuid.c (IID_IActiveScript, IID_IActiveScriptError,
IID_IActiveScriptParse, IID_IActiveScriptSite,
IID_IActiveScriptSiteWindow): Remove. Moved to ativscp-uuid.c.
* lib/ativscp-uuid.c: New file.
