	* include/sys/cygwin.h (cygwin_getinfo_types): Add CW_INT_SETLOCALE.

	* nlsfuncs.cc (lc_mbstowcs): Fix call to f_mbtowc.
	(__set_locale_from_locale_alias): Ignore "@cjknarrow" modifier.
