	* syscalls.cc (ttyname): Eliminate the `+ 1' from the name buffer size
	since TTY_NAME_MAX already counts the trailing NUL.
	* libc/bsdlib.cc (openpty): Set pts buffer size to TTY_NAME_MAX.
