Use underscored variants of aforementioned constants. * include/netinet/tcp.h: Ditto. * include/sys/param.h: Drop disabled definitions of BIG_ENDIAN, LITTLE_ENDIAN, and BYTE_ORDER. * include/netinet/ip.h: Reformat.
