Nick Clifton 2e398e8437 * configure.in: Accept "arm*" target spec instead of just "arm".
* configure: Regenerated.
	* libnosys/configure.in: Likewise.
	(libc_symbol_prefix): Renamed to libc_cv_symbol_prefix.
	* libnosys/configure: Regenerated (using autoconf v2.68).
