(EqualSid): Remove.

	(MakeSelfRelativeSD): Remove.
	* flock.cc: Replace above functions throughout with their ntdll.dll
	equivalent.
	* sec_acl.cc: Ditto.
	* sec_auth.cc: Ditto.
	* sec_helper.cc: Ditto.
	* security.cc: Ditto.
	* security.h: Ditto.
	(RtlEqualSid): Declare.  Explain why.
	(RtlCopySid): Ditto.
