	\\?\PIPE\ otherwise.
	* include/cygwin/version.h (CYGWIN_VERSION_API_MINOR): Revert to 230.
	* include/sys/cygwin.h (cygwin_getinfo_types): Remove CW_SYNC_WINCWD.
