	rdhwr, rdpgpr, seb, seh, synci, wrpgpr, wsbh.
	Note that hardware rotate instructions (ror, rorv) can be
	used on MIPS32 Release 2, and add the official mnemonics
	for them (rotr, rotrv) and the similar "rotl" mnemonic for
	left-rotate.
