	(RECONVERTSTRING): Likwise.

	* include/commdlg.h (OPENFILENAME_SIZE_VERSION_400): Define.

        * lib/uuid.c (CMultiLanguage): Add UUID definition.
	(IMLangFontLink2): Likewise.
	(IMultiLanguage): Likewise.
